30-day returns

Return window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@nextdimension.fun with your order number and a short note about the issue.

Condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, and in the condition received, with original packaging when possible. Normal inspection is fine; heavy use, damage, or missing components may affect refund eligibility.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with you on a replacement, refund, or another reasonable fix.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund after we submit it.

Final sale exceptions

Items marked final sale, heavily used items, or items damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or refund unless required by law.
